Mr. Hart is a Certified Construction Manager and has been in the Construction Management field for over thirty (30) years, working on a variety of projects from the City & County of Honolulu Department of Environmental Services (ENV), University of Hawaii at Manoa, American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge Hawaii; Office / Hotel Renovations; Wastewater Systems; New Waterlines to Stream Sediment Removal & Improvements.

Tracy Sweeney

Office Manager & Human Resources

Ms. Sweeney has worked in Human Resources for fifteen (15) years and has over nineteen (19) years’ experience in office administration. Ms. Sweeney is vital in providing construction management support and has worked on numerous construction management projects over the years.

James Oellien, CCM, PMI

General Contractor & Consultant

Mr. Oellien is a third-generation general contractor and has been involved in the construction management and design build contracting industry for over thirty-two (32) years. Mr. Oellien was the Construction Manager for large Department of Defense housing subdivision projects and private sector commercial projects. Mr. Oellien provides construction management, cost estimates, construction inspections, expert witness services.

Clyde H. Wachi

Project Controls / Scheduling Engineer

Mr. Wachi has over forty (40) years of comprehensive experience in all phases of major construction projects including: project scheduling and analysis, pre-construction planning, project engineering, constructability reviews, contract administration, quality assurance, change order review and negotiations, cost estimating and control, and claims resolution.

John Ishikawa

Management Consultant/Forensic Accountant

Mr. Ishikawa graduated from Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics) and obtained his MBA (Finance) from the University of Chicago. With Peat Marwick & Mitchell, Mr. Ishikawa became a Partner-in-Charge of the Management Consulting Department (Honolulu) and was responsible for numerous management audits. Mr. Ishikawa has over thirty (30) years specialized experience in construction administration and owner’s representative services. For the past fifteen (15) years, Mr. Ishikawa has performed selective forensic accounting analysis in connection with construction claims evaluation.

Myounghee Noh, CIH, CSP

Ms. Noh has over 28 years of experience in management of environmental and laboratory contracts. She founded MNA in 1999 and continues to provide excellence to clients. She is a member of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH No. 310411-00), the American Board of Industrial Hygienists (ABIH), and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

Justin M. Killingsworth, P.E.-Electrical, P.E.-Mechanical (Multi-Discipline MEP)

As a multi-discipline MEP engineer with twelve (12) years of industry experience, Mr. Killingsworth provides a unique all-inclusive perspective of the complex interdependence of modern building systems. Drawing on his experience from working on a wide variety of projects that spans educational, healthcare, hospitality, retail, multiuse high rise, and government facilities, Justin provides a comprehensive knowledge of the relevant building codes and the ability to assess a multitude of designs and conditions that are unique to an ever-changing industry.

Ray S.C. Au, P.E. (Mechanical)

 

Mr. Au has nine (9) years of mechanical engineering experience in designing for HVAC and Plumbing systems. Mr. Au’s project experience includes Southwest Airlines Honolulu Commuter Terminal; Lanai Theater and the Honolulu Joint Traffic Management Center (LEED Silver Project).
