My first communication with HCA Hawaii through James was responsive and very timely. His total commitment to a solution began with extreme attentiveness and recognition of the immediacy of the need to timely address the problem considering the time constraints. The solution required an extensive analysis of many of the Hawaii building code sections and a systematic explanation of the interactions between those sections done in a cogent way that taught the correct means of analysis and outcome while at the same time gaining the support of the building officials in an educational and conciliatory manner. James also ran the in-person meeting with the officials that was skillfully conducted resulting in all parties leaving the meeting with a clear and cohesive understanding of the correct direction. Thereafter his follow up was equal to the top quality of work product HCA demonstrated throughout the process. HCA did amazing work and created a fine outcome.
