It has been a pleasure working with you & HCA Consulting Group International (HCA) on the Manoa Stream Improvements at Woodlawn Drive Bridge project. As the Construction Management (CM) consultant for this critical and publicly sensitive project, we were able to complete the project on schedule and on budget. HCA was able to perform all the activities we expected of a CM, such as providing project updates to the community, attending monthly Neighborhood Board meetings, conducting daily site visits to review and report on the contractors progress, working with the contractor to ensure work was conducted within Permit parameters, keeping the Department of Health – Clean Water Branch updated on all water quality monitoring reports & maintaining all project records and processing monthly Estimates for the contract.
